Ralph came to exhibitions via immersive theatre. The creative skills he learned there have shaped his way of working: from centering the audience, to shaping unique storylines, to nurturing a shared creative vision… and improvising when needed.  

Ralph works between a range of disciplines; writing, visitor journeys, digital and physical interactives, and scripting. He works closely with our designers and developers to craft irresistible invitations for engagement.

Previously an Experience Developer at Te Papa, Ralph was a key contributor to major exhibitions including Bug Lab and Te Taiao. With Art of Fact he crafts concepts and content for historical precincts, natural features, audio guides and exhibitions. Alongside his work with Art of Fact, he works with Wellington-based theatre company Binge Culture, which he co-founded.
